📱 How to Make a Payment from your Online Banking Site or Bank’s Mobile App

1. Request for an SMS that contains the Bank Account details for the Invoice you intend to make payment.
2. Log in to your Online Banking site or Bank’s mobile app using your registered credentials (password or biometrics).
3. Go to “Transfers/Payments.” This may appear as Bank Transfer, Funds Transfer, Instant Transfer or Make Payment.
4. Select “TRANSFLOW” as the destination bank to route the payment correctly.
5. Enter the Account Number (received via SMS) in the Account Number field to link the payment to your invoice.
⚠️ Important: This Account Number is a special routing number that uniquely links your invoice, the amount you pay, and the vendor’s account. It ensures the payment is automatically matched to the correct invoice and posted to the correct vendor.
6. Input the full amount due and complete any requested fields (e.g., description/reference). Verify all details.
7. Review & confirm. Authorize the transfer. You’ll receive an SMS once the payment is successfully processed.

🏦 How to Make a Payment in the Banking Hall

1. Request for an SMS that contains the Bank Account details for the Invoice you intend to make payment.
2. Visit any branch of the participating banks listed below.
3. Approach the Teller and request to make a TRANSFLOW Payment.
4. Provide the Account Number (received via SMS) so the Teller can retrieve your invoice.
⚠️ Important: This Account Number is a special routing number that uniquely links your invoice, the amount you pay, and the vendor’s account. It ensures the payment is automatically matched to the correct invoice and posted to the correct vendor.
5. Verify the amount due and invoice/reference details shown by the Teller.
6. Hand over the full amount due per the SMS to complete the payment.
7. Wait for processing; you will receive a Receipt from the Teller and a confirmation SMS from the Vendor. Keep both as proof of payment.

💳 How to Make a Payment Using a Credit or Debit Card

1. Click on the secure “Pay with Card” link or button provided to you.
2. Provide your Mobile Number and Email Address that should be used to send you feedback on the status of your payments
3. Enter your card number, expiry date and CVV (3–digit code on the back of your card).
4. Confirm your name and other information exactly as it appears on your card statement.
5. When prompted, complete any extra verification (for example, OTP, 3D Secure, or bank app approval).
6. Review the amount and confirm the payment. You will see a success message and receive an SMS and email confirming your payment.
